Pipe Band is a great experience for anyone who is interested in either playing Bagpipes, Snare Drum, Tenor Drum or Bass Drum. If you've ever considered playing the Bagpipes then you should join this program because it is a great place to learn for practically no cost at all. Warrant Officer MacNeill is the instructor for the Bagpipes, he is an amazing teacher and is very patient and helpful.
I have been playing the Bagpipes for a year now and had a lot of fun. I think it is a great instrument and I love playing it and slowly mastering it's complexities. Bagpipes aren't the easiest instrument to play and in the beginning it's really hard and it almost makes you want to quit. For example when I started playing the simplest techniques were near impossible. Then all of the sudden things clicked and I started being able to play and it felt great. This is a great program to join and even if you don't want to play Bagpipes then there is still drumming to consider and they also have amazing instructors for them. So if you ever thought about trying any of these instruments then now is the perfect time to start and I hope to see you there soon practicing!
